D'ntle Beauty Policies
At our Salons, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their D'ntle Beauty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. If anything out of the norm happens to your treatment in the 1st 7days, talk to us, let us know, and if we can't fix the problem, your treatment is on us. Microblading appointments can only be confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.
Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when cancelling appointments. Deposits for Microblading appointments will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment. Please cancel your appointment as early as possible so we can accommodate other clients.
Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
